How do I contact Amigos support?

How long will it take to process my order?
Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when you purchase your Amigos and when your item ships!
Is it possible to buy more than 25 decks / 5 pounds of Amigos?
Absolutely! For orders of more than 25 decks / 5 pounds, please contact phil@fictivekin.com.
Do you sell to stores?
Sure do. Please email phil@fictivekin.com. He'll set you up.
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within one month of your purchase date. The return needs to be unopened and in the original condition. Also, payment for return shipping will be at the customer's expense. It's best to keep your Amigos, if you can. They might get lonely otherwise.

My Amigos showed up damaged. What now?
Please take a picture of your damaged Amigos and email it to phil@fictivekin.com. We'd be happy to take a look and work out a set of replacement Amigos.
